Norma Claire Cecil died Sunday, July 22, 2018. She is survived by Jayne and Don Murray, Jill Cecil, a large loving family, many dear friends, and a beloved granddog.
As Mrs. Cecil wished, there will be no immediate service. At a later time she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Major George Harvey Cecil at Georgia National Cemetery. Family and friends will be invited afterwards to celebrate the life of this remarkable woman.
