Marie King Wolverton was born January 1, 1934 in Bethel Springs, TN the daughter of the late James H. King and Maeotie Davidson King. She departed this life on June 10, 2017 in Southaven, Mississippi at the age of 83 Years, 5 Months, 9 Days. She was a member of Selmer Second Baptist Church.
Ms. Wolverton is survived by two sons, Marty Wolverton and wife Marie of Nesbit, MS, Steve Wolverton and wife Becky of Byhalia, MS; a daughter, Sharie Savage of Nashville, TN; 8 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren; a sister, Betty Lou Harrison of Houston, TX and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Wolverton was preceded in death by a sister, Elsie Williams; a brother, Jim King.
