Angela “Angie” Springer, age 56, of Tuscumbia, died Sunday, Dec. 25, 2016. Visitation will be today, 1-2 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Her funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Brother Richard McDonald officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield.
Angela was a native of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, but lived most of her life in Tuscumbia. She was preceded in death by her father, W. A. Springer; son, Cody Nichols; sister, Melanie Springer; and brother-in-law, Marvin Hamm.
She is survived by her mother, Mattie Lee Springer; son, Traye Gillespie; brother, Craig Springer; sisters, Sherre Stonecipher (Terry), Pamela Hamm, and Gena Williams; grandchildren, Cane Nichols and Cody Gillespie.
Pallbearers are Josh Hamm, Herb Blackburn, Terry Stonecipher, Paul Gregory, Dennis Gregory, and Jay Knight.
