Joyce Evelyn Cantrell, age 72 of Sheffield, passed away on Wednesday, December 7th, 2016. Her visitation will be Sunday, December 11th, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home in Cherokee. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Chuck Bradford officiating. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Eva Borden; sister, Delaine Franks; and brothers, Cecil and Don Borden.
She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Ann Nesbit; sons, Rickie Lee Nesbit, Robert Nesbit, Donald Ray Nesbit, and Shawn Nesbit; brother, Danny Borden; nine grandchildren, Cindy, Teresa, and Gloria Wyrick, Summer Kelsoe, Alex Gable, Cayla, Zach, and Daniel Nesbit, and Sean Jones; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
