Funeral service for Danny William Boxx, age 71, of Decatur, will be Saturday, November 26, 2016 11:00 am at Williams Funeral Home in Sharon, TN. The family will receive friends Friday, November 25 , 2016 at Williams Funeral Home from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Burial will be in Tansil Cemetery. The family will also receive friends on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Shelton Funeral Home, Decatur, AL.
Mr. Boxx, who died Sunday, November 20, 2016, at his residence, was born October 9, 1945, in Sharon, TN to Ben Boxx and Lula Morgan Boxx.
Mr. Boxx was a Freemason of the Lunar Lodge and also a member of the Cahaba Shrine.
He is survived one son Danny W. Boxx II of Madison, AL, two daughters Sharleen Morgan of Sidonia, TN and Marlene Briles of Madison, AL., and his fiancee, Shirley Lemmons of Somerville, AL., four grandchildren, Zac Morgan, Amanda Boxx, Keith Briles and Layla Briles, also several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.
