Tech Sergeant Frank L. (Red) Tapscott, born January 13, 1943 to Herbert E. and Frances Tapscott passed away on May 20, 2016. He was retired from the USAF and a Vietnam Veteran. He was a patriot and served the country he loved with honor and dignity. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 25 years, Bobbie Mae Tapscott.
He is survived by his two sons, R. Shane Tapscott (Wendy), Frank L. Tapscott Jr, one brother Herbert E. Tapscott Jr (Nancy) and numerous grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Humane Society.
A graveside service will be held at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery on Wednesday May 25th at 11:00 am.
