Beatrice P. Giarratano age 89 of Huntsville, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Crestwood Hospital. Mrs. Giarratano was born September 1, 1926 in Limestone County, AL to Ike Putman and Lily King Putman.
Services will be Saturday, February 20, 2016 10:00 a.m., at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Dr. Rick Craft officiating. Visitation will be Friday, February 19, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Giarratano was a member of New Vision United Pentecostal Church in Huntsville, AL. She was an active member of the New Vision Classics, The grandmother of the church and lovingly known as BeBe.
Preceded in death by her husband, Mike Giarratano.
Survived by one son, Stephen Giarratano and wife, Mickey of Huntsville, AL; two granddaughters, Stephanie Proctor and husband, Dale of Augusta, GA and Amy Sargeant and husband, Rev. Randall Sargeant of Huntsville, AL; four great-grandchildren, Bailey Proctor, Maddie Proctor, Nicolae Sargeant and Ashton Sargeant.
