Ray Williams, age 78, of Florence, passed away Friday, Feb. 12, 2016. Visitation will be Monday, Feb. 15th from 1-2 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Jerry Campbell and Brother Sonny Pollock officiating. Burial will be at Bluewater Cemetery.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Ray was a member of Bethelberry Church of Christ.
Survivors are his wife, Wanda Burgess Williams; children, Ken Williams (Tina), Chris Williams, Scotty Williams (Bridgett), Daryll Burgess (Joan), Dennis Burgess (Lisa), and Monda Russell (Phillip); sisters, Linda Butler and Betty Kelly; brothers, Jack Williams and Larry Williams; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
In-lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
