Marvetta L. Casteel, age 76, of Ethridge, TN passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Dunlap, TN, a homemaker, member of Mt. Horeb Baptist Church and a long standing member of WMU.
She was preceded in death by her parents, L.V. and Edith Hatfield Lockhart; her husband, Earnest W. Casteel; one step-daughter, Hetty Thompson; one step-grandson, Timmy Putnam; two brothers; and four sisters.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Friday, February 12, 2016, with J.D. Bosheers and Ricky Cox officiating. Interment will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Giles County, TN.
