Rafael Junior Lopez, age 43, Spruce Pine, passed away at his residence on Monday, February 01, 2016.
A memorial service will be held at a later date by the family.
Rafael was a wonderful dad and will be missed by all who knew him. He was always willing to lend a helping hand.
He is survived by his daughter, Rochelle Lopez; birth mother, Claudia Ann Francisquini; parents, Melvin & Ruby Green; siblings, Jennifer Green, Melvin “Bubba” Green, Jr., Patricia Nix; nieces, Alison Gibson, Vannessa Aviles; nephew, Anthony James Gibson; and several other nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Tammy Lopez and Sabrina Green.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Sherriff’s department, Paramedics, and other first responders for your help.
