Julie A. Moon, 65, of Huntsville, passed away Sunday. Mrs. Moon was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Mary Tussing, and her granddaughter, Ashlynn Kate Moon. She was a member of Morningside Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Moon; sons, Patrick S Moon of Huntsville, and David H. Moon and wife, Cindy, of Loretto, TN; step-grandchildren, Cara Hand and Riley Hand; sisters, Beverly O’Brien and husband John of Charleston, SC and Linda Judah of Plant City, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 8 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 10 a.m. with Pastor Marty Jordan officiating. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. in Fairview Methodist Church Cemetery in St. Joseph, TN.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
