Martha Gladys Cagle Gray, age 102, of Double Springs, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, November 24th, 2015, at her residence.
Visitation, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., Friday, November 27th, 2015, at the Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, Alabama. Funeral service, 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 28th, 2015, at the funeral home. Bro. Daniel Gann officiating. Burial in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
Ms. Gray was born October 16th, 1913, in Double Springs, Alabama, to the late Albert and Louisa Sutton Cagle. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church for 70 years.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda Jones, and Margie (Phillip) Ballard; 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Gray; parents, Albert and Louisa Sutton Cagle; 1 son, Arlis Gray; and 1 grand-daughter, Patricia Kay Gray.
