Margie H. Garrett, 88, of Huntsville, passed away Sunday. Survivors include her husband, Louis W. Garrett; daughters, Jan Smith (Paul), and Dana Summers (Rod); grandchildren, Rob Nichols, (Jenny), Ryan Nichols (Leslie), John Summers (Michaiah), Cole Nichols (Haley) and Jenna Summers; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service was held at Maple Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Florida College James R. Cope Adopt Program, or Alabama Federation of Music Clubs for Piano Scholarships.
