Wanda Dianne Dillard, 53, died Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Akins Funeral Home. The service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Pleasant Hill Methodist Church, with burial in East Franklin Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service.
