Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Josephine Grissom, age 92, are scheduled for 4PM on Sunday September 20, 2015 in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Jeremy Bartholomew officiating. Burial will follow in Duke Cemetery. Mrs. Josephine passed away on Saturday September 19, 2015 in Parsons, TN. Born March 17, 1923 in Parsons, TN to the late Auther A. and Carrie Hays Box, Mrs. Grissom was a retired factory worker from Slant & Slant and Decaturville Sportswear. Mrs. Josephine was preceded in death by her first husband, Luther King, and late husband Willard Grissom, son, Tony King, and brothers Curtis and Van Box. Survivors include her sons, Charles King (Anthia) and Travis Grissom, sister, Loraine Crawford, grandchildren; Chris King (Michelle), Josh King (Amy), Johnny King (Denise) and Gina King, great grandchildren; Jessica (Dusty) Shannon, Wade King, Bryce Jones, Kinsley Inman, Weston King, Shana Rowe, and Brandi Kemp, and great-great grandchild, Gracie Shannon.
