Robert Lee Ferguson, 70 of Toney, Alabama died on Saturday, August 1, 2015, at his home.
Born Thursday, April 26, 1945 in Cash Point, Tennessee, he was the son of the late R L Ferguson and the late Annie Lee Bauer Ferguson Willingham. He was a lifelong resident of this area and was a member of Wooley Springs Baptist church. He loved gardening, farming and playing Rook and Dominoes.
Surviving are brother, Ray Ferguson of Toney, AL, sister, Anita (Calvin) Faulkner of Toney, AL, nephew: Stacy (Beth) Faulkner of Toney, AL, nieces: Leigh Ann (Glenn) Bradley of Hazel Green, AL and Karla (Daryl) Williamson of Pulaski, TN, great-nieces: Emily and Kelsey Faulkner, Jordan Bradley, MaeLee and Elina Williamson, and great-nephews: Case Bradley and Avery Williamson.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama with Bro. Tony Boyles officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, August 3, 2015, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Wooley Springs Baptist Mission Fund or the Building Fund, or to Hospice Family Care.
