Mary-Page-1437148814Mrs. Mary Nell Wade Page, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister passed peacefully in her sleep Thursday evening, July 16, 2015 at Jackson –Madison County General Hospital. She was born April 14, 1937 in Enville, TN.
Mrs. Page devoted her life to her husband and family. She faithfully attended Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, of which her husband was the founder. She loved God and was known for her love for children and her love for singing. She helped raise her younger siblings, raised her own daughters and touched the lives of countless other children. Her greatest accomplishment of which she was most proud was earning her GED. She was an avid gardener sharing her beautiful flowers and bountiful garden with many family and friends.
She had a courageous spirit and attitude toward the cancer that viciously attacked her and continued to help care for her husband until she could no longer do it.
She is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, Elder Charles Elton Page. They would have celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary August 20.
Other survivors included her daughters: Charlotte Ann Page Myracle, Corinth, MS; Mary Catherine White “Cathie” (Eddie R.) Lexington, TN; Carolyn Annette Morimanno (Frank), Dresden, TN; Cindy Ruth Page, Lexington, TN; Carrie Verann Page Warren (Toby), Wildersville, TN. 5 Brothers: Ruby M. Wade, Jr., Hardy, AR; Clinton Wade, Jacks Creek, TN; Charles Alvin Wade, Lakewood, CA; Ray Wade, Huron, TN and Leon Wade, Huron, TN; 3 Sisters: Geneva Ramey Ferguson, Lexington, TN; Brinda Bowman, Lexington, TN and Faye Hodges, Paragould, AR. 9 Grandchildren and 17 Great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruby Martin Wade, Sr. and Carrie Burruss Wade, 2 brothers and 3 sisters: Hassie Wade, Magdalene Wade Beecham, J. B. Wade, Carrie Wade and Larry Wade.
Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, July, 19, 2015 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home, 71 Monroe Avenue, Lexington, TN with Bro. Darrell Pollock and Bro. Jerry Biggars officiating. Interment will be in Henderson County Memory Garden, Lexington, TN with Bro. Harold Jaco officiating.
