Barbara Anne Hoffman age 70 of Athens, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Hoffman was born July 18, 1944 in WI to John Kotolski and Esther Koback Kotolski.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Limestone Chapel Funeral Home assisting the family.
