Lillian Estelle Crouch, 101, of Staunton, and formerly of Waynesboro, died Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Augusta Health, Fishersville.
She was born July 8, 1913 in Manassas, daughter of Maurice and Rosa Cornwell Kohn.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. John R. Crouch, and brother, Preston Kohn.
Surviving are her children, Violet Meadows of Staunton, Mary Boyne (James) of Waynesboro, Carolyn “Doni” Batten (Wayne) of Richmond, and Floyd Crouch (Jean) of Newark, OH: sister, Evaline Crouch of Manassas; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A service will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Monday, April 27, 2015, at McDow Funeral Home by Rev. Scott Stedman and Rev. Mark Jones. Interment will follow in Augusta Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
