Julia Alexander McLain, age 87, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015 at her daughters residence. She was a native of Walker County, AL, and retired owner of Julia’s Carryout.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hansford Lafayette and Pauline Pate Alexander; her husband, Felix Gilbert McLain; one daughter, Beverly Diane Jaco; one son, George McLain; one sister, June Parkhill; and two brothers, Jimmy Alexander and Simon Jent.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Monday, April 13, 2015, with Leslie Shadrick officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
