Billy Joe Graham, age 84 of Cherokee, AL, passed away on March 31st, 2015. His visitation will be Friday, April 3rd, 2015, at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Steve Slaton officiating. Burial will be in Cherokee Memorial Park.
Billy was born in Fredericktown, MO on March 14, 1931. He worked as a Maintenance Engineer at La Roach. He was a member of Elks, a National Guard Tank Division-Commander, a member of the Lions Club in Cherokee, AL, and of the Cherokee Industrial Board. Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Deloris; father and stepmother, Harold and Glenda Graham; mother, Catherine Ruth Sanders; grandson, Jeremy Graham; and brother, Harold Graham.
He is survived by his son, Harold Edward Graham (Shelia); daughters, Nanette Graham Ewing (Tom), Darlene Graham Stutts (Mike), and Billie Jo Graham Barrett (Johnny); seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Johnny Barrett, John Barrett, Tom Ewing, Charlie Ewing, Harrison Graham and Harold Graham will serve as pallbearers.
