Cynthia “Cindy” Dale Rowe King, age 58, of Florence, Alabama, formerly of Paragould, Arkansas passed away at her home on October 28, 2026. A service will be announced at a later date by Morrison Funeral Home of Tuscumbia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Howell of Paragould, Arkansas; her maternal grandparents, Oval and Mable Haynes of Rector, Arkansas; her paternal grandparents, Everette and Gracie Rowe of Grundy, Virginia; a nephew, Derrick Rowe, and her step-mother of 25 years, Sue Marie Rowe.
She is survived by two daughters, Sarah (Steven) Gilland, Cecily (Jared) White; five grandchildren, Erica and Colton Wheat, Gabrielle and Elijah White and Zoe (Ian) Fisher all of Paragould. Also survived by four sisters, Robbie (Jay) Bennett of Grundy, Virginia, Marsha (Jeff) Newell of Russellville, Crissy (Josh) Slater of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Margaret (Ric) Taylor of Paragould, Arkansas; brother, Matt (Wendy) Rowe of San Diego, California; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Also survived by her loving parents, Ruth Rowe of Jonesboro, Arkansas; Carmon (Gail) Rowe of Tuscumbia, Alabama; her special friend, Maurice Lyle; and special niece, Mattie Taylor, a.k.a. Cleatus.
Cindy was a giving soul with a huge heart. She loved her God, music, and to make people laugh.
