Betty Ann Hart, 80, passed away peacefully Wednesday evening, January 28, 2015. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Thomas Wayne Hart Sr. Mrs. Hart’s greatest love, joy, and pride was her family and being a homemaker. She loved watching her children’s ballgames, band concerts, and her grandchildren’s many sporting events. She also enjoyed the love of painting, music, and cooking. She is survived by her three children: son: Thomas Wayne Hart Jr. (Dianne); daughter: Cheryl Hart Smith (Jim), son: John Edward Hart and two grandchildren: Lauren Elizabeth Smith and William Mitchell Walker. Visitation will be held this Saturday at Berryhill Funeral Home from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with a short prayer service at 12:00 p.m. A private family graveside service will follow at East Lawrence Memorial Gardens, 3740 County Road 434, Moulton, AL. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to her favorite charity, United Cerebral Palsy of Huntsville, 1856 Keats Drive, Huntsville, Al 35810 or to the Madison County Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
