Funeral services for Mr. Glen Thomas Williams, age 77, are scheduled for 1 PM, Friday, December 12, 2014 at Saltillo Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Lebanon Cemetery. Pafford Funeral Home of Lexington is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Williams passed away Sunday in Jackson. He was born January 1, 1937 in Marysville, CA to the late Joseph Riley Williams and Lois Lucille Sherbourne Dillard. He was a Korean War Veteran, serving 8 years in the Marine Corps, and a retired carpenter with Southern Industries. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Maxine Williams, two brothers, and two sisters. Survivors include his two sons, Alan (Becky) Williams of Selmer and Glen T. Williams, Jr. of Saltillo; two daughters, Rhonda Oliver of Eugene, OR and Trina (Chris) Gustafson of Clarksville; two sisters, Carroll Sullivan of Selmer and Judy Hopper of Hookersbend Community, TN; one brother, Richard Williams of Marysville, CA; ten grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
