Willie Eddie Elliott, 62, of Huntsville passed away Sunday. Willie was a native and lifelong resident of Madison County. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses on Winchester Road. Survivors include his wife of 41 years: Linda H. Elliott; two sons: Chauncey Elliott and Tory Elliott; five sisters: Mary Hammonds, Lois Ford, Odell Elliott, Theresa Elliott, and Tara Witchard; four brothers: James Townsend, Lloyd Elliott, Larry Elliott and Lermon Elliott and two grandchildren: Zhaune Elliott and Mykah Fowler-Elliott. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held Friday at 12:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses on Winchester Road with Isaac Patton and James Green officiating. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family. Memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
