Graveside service for Mark Haywood age 51 of Hartselle will be Sunday, April 27, 2014 at 2:00pm at New Center Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ben Bates officiating with Peck Funeral Home directing. There will be no visitation. Mr. Haywood, who was born on February 8, 1963 in Talladega, Alabama to Paul Franklin Haywood and Paulette Strickland Haywood Vest. He was a truck driver for Vest Metals of Hartselle.
He is survived by one brother; David Vest of Priceville, two sisters; Traci Slate and Patsy Haywood both of Hartselle. 3 Step-brothers; Kenneth Vest and Eugene Vest of Decatur and Van Manning of Tennessee. 1 half-sister; Angie Haywood of Talladega and his step-mother; Barbara Haywood of Talladega.
Gary Brasher, Joe Beggs, David Beggs, Chris Lambert, Chris Walls and Chris Sharp will serve as pallbearers.
