Funeral service for Elna Pitman, 86, will be Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charlie Brown officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 1, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Pitman died on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at Huntsville Hospital. She was born January 21, 1928, in Morgan County to Dock Nois Nappier and Alma Anice Wilson Nappier. She was a homemaker and a member of Salem United Methodist Church. She loved flowers, especially raising her African Violets, and traveling to various flower shows. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter: Melissa Pitman and a brother: Willard Nappier .
