Richard Lee “Dick” Watkins, 97, died January 10, 2014. Funeral will be January 13, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Decatur City Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
