Mildred Irene Colvett, 86 of Ardmore, Alabama died on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at Limestone Health Facility in Athens, AL.
Born Saturday, January 8, 1927 in Prospect, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Ben Southerland and the late Susie Appleton Southerland. She was the wife of Edward Colvett. She was a life long resident of Limestone County and a member of Pettusville Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband: Edward Colvett of Ardmore, AL, sons: Benny (Angie) Colvett of Athens, AL and Darrell (Connie) Colvett of Ardmore, AL, daughter, Tammy Colvett & David Steele of Clarksville, VA, sisters, Betty Mansir of Ardmore, AL and Lynn Hobbs of Ardmore, AL, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 14, 2013, at Pettusville Cemetery.
