Lillian Shaw
was born in Obion County, Tennessee on August 16, 1924 the daughter of the late Odie B. and Nell Ferguson Stover.
On August 1, 1948 she was united in marriage to David Paulk Shaw, who preceded his wife in death on October 23, 1993.
Mrs. Shaw retired from Tennessee Department of Human Services where she worked as a social worker and was co owner of Shaw’s Antiques. She was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Savannah.
Mrs. Shaw departed this life on December 12, 2013 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 89 years, 3 months and 26 days.
She is survived one daughter, Libby Butler of Indianapolis, Indiana
two grandchildren, Sara Shaw and David Shaw III
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Shaw was also preceded in death by three sons, David Shaw, Jr., Bill Shaw and Sam Shaw, one brother, Odie B. Stover, Jr. and one sister, Edna Morgan
