THE SHOALS– The Shoals Chamber of Commerce, is encouraging our community to support Small Business Saturday on November 30, 2013.
“The Shoals Chamber of Commerce has 1,010 business partners that employ approximately 30,000 people and of those 1,010 business partners 71% have less than 50 employees and 50% have 10 or less. This is a statistic that we are very proud of.” said Mary-Marshall VanSant, Marketing and Communications Coordinator of the Shoals Chamber of Commerce.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce knows firsthand that small businesses are the backbone of
American free enterprise, representing more than 99% of all employers and creating 66% of all new jobs
The U.S. Small Business Association refers to Small Business Saturday as a day to celebrate and support small business and all they do for our communities.
