Sue Nell Clem Arnold, 75, of Valley View Nursing Home in Madison, passed
from this life into heaven on Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013. She was a beloved
mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and
friend to many. She will be truly missed; but after a lengthy illness, she
is now at peace.
Survivors include her son, Tim Bauer and wife May of Athens; daughters,
Donna Spears and husband John of Harvest, and Sonya Bauer of Huntsville;
grandchildren, Craig Bauer of Athens, Brian Bauer and wife Nicole and
great-granddaughter Reagan of Madison, Amie Gibson and husband Matt of
Huntsville; Zachary Bauer, son of Sonya Bauer, of Huntsville, Robbie
McDowell and wife Amber and great-grandson Robbie Jr. of Athens; sister,
Dean Massey of Athens; sister-in-law, Billie Clem of Athens; brother, David
Clem and wife Ada Bee of Elkmont; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation is from 6-9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, at Limestone Chapel Funeral
Home in Athens.
The funeral is at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Craig Bauer, Brian Bauer, Robbie McDowell, Matt Gibson,
Zachary Bauer and Garry Clem. Honorary pallbearers are Robbie McDowell Jr. and Reagan Bauer.
