Marie McMurray Vinson, age 84, Russellville, Alabama passed away on Saturday, August 03, 2013 at Rose Manor Assisted Living, Haleyville, Alabama.
The visitation will be from 6-8 pm Sunday, August 04 at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, AL; the 11 am funeral service will be held on Monday, August 05 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Franklin Memory Gardens.
The pallbearers will be Casey Vinson, Jason Vinson, Trey Davis, Justin Helms, Terry Franks, Phillip Roberson.
She was preceded in death by husbands, Tommie Eudone Vinson & James S. Trousdale; parents, Clarence & Mary McMurray; brothers, James McMurray, Edison McMurray; sister, Mary Lou McCaig.
She is survived by sons, Tommy Junior (Mary Grace) Vinson, Mount Hope, AL, Donnie (Jannette) Vinson, Littleville, AL; sister, Mavis Smith, Water Valley, MS; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church, Russellville, Alabama.
