Mrs. Oyebade was born April 12, 1976, in Alabama to Gilbert Wayne Barnes and Cora Melissa Bannister Barnes. She was preceded in death by her mother. Stephanie was a courageous and bold woman. She was a strong woman of faith who loved Jesus deeply. Her faith and her love for God, her family, friends, and all the kids that called her Mimi, TT, or Granny was evident in the way she lived and loved. There was never a dull moment around Stephanie! She expressed herself freely and never hesitated to say what was on her mind. She loved deeply and lived boldly. She had a way of making people laugh, making memories, and leaving an impression that could never be forgotten. She was not meant to blend in. She was uniquely and unapologetically Stephanie! She is now at peace and gone to her heavenly home with the Lord, her mom, grandparents, and her best friend, Tangela!
She is survived by her four sons, Christopher Chase Sapp, Thomas Clay Benson, Tyler Wilson, and Zachary Wilson; daughter Jayla Wilson; father, Gilbert Wayne Barnes; sister, Brandi Marie Bauer (Jaime); four grandchildren, Mikyla Grace Benson, Evan Benson, Ethan Blaze Morgan, and Mareyah Serenity Grace Sapp; nephews, Jordan, Noah, and Cain Bauer; and a host of extended family and friends.
