Wilma Sue Sibley, age 87 of Haleyville, Alabama passed away August 12, 2026. She was a 1958 graduate of Phillips High School, Bear Creek, AL and was a member of Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Haleyville, AL. She was a devoted pastors wife for 42 years. She taught Sunday School and helped in other areas of church or needed. She traveled with her husband, Bobby in Alabama. Mississippi and Tennessee in Revivals and churches that he pastored.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon. Funeral service will begin at 12:00 Noon with Bro. Keith Hood officiating. Burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jason Winkles, Brayden Winkles, Joey D’Antonio, Mark Harris, Cayden Bevan and Keith Whitman.
She is survived by her children, Tim (Jan) Sibley and Benita (Randal) Foster; sister, Fayrene Whitman; 3 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; and 13 step great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Bessie Lee Holland; husband, Bobby Sibley; and sisters, Ola Mae (Bruce) Yielding, Shirley (J.L.) Dickinson and Lorene (Charles) Floyd; brother in law, Billy Whitman., age 87 of Haleyville, Alabama passed away August 12, 2026.
