Wanda Vickery, 79, of Huntsville, Alabama, was born on June 24, 1947, and passed away on August 12, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Vickery Sr., to whom she was married to for 56 years.
Wanda worked as a medical transcriptionist, a role she carried out with dedication and care.She also had a love of angels, finding comfort and joy in their symbolism.
She is survived by her eldest son, Richard A. Vickery Jr., and his wife Susan; her son, James Scott Vickery, and his wife Lori; her sister and brother‑in‑law, Debra and Greg Murdock; her niece and nephew‑in‑law, Nicole and Justin Pell; her nephew and niece‑in‑law, Wade and Gina Farley; and her great‑niece, Harper Gohn.
Wanda will be remembered for her love of family, her steady kindness.
