Scottie Dale Powell, 58, of Ardmore, Tennessee passed away on August 7, 2026, in Athens, Alabama.
He was born on September 7, 1967, in Huntsville, Alabama to Dalton Aurthur Powell and Juanita Jeanette Smith Powell.
Scottie is preceded in death by his both of his parents, three brothers: Ray Powell, Randy Powell, Mikey Powell, two sisters: Patricia Powell, Judy Pack.
He is survived by his two sons: Kenny (Joy) Biase, Bryan (Polly) Powell, two daughters: Teena (Shawn) Luna, Cheyenne Powell, four grandchildren: Stephen Biase, Talon Luna, Aiden Powell as well as Chevelle Powell.
A Graveside Service will be held at Gatlin Cemetery on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 4:00 pm. Bro. Doug Colwell will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Gatlin Cemetery located in Ardmore, Alabama.
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home will be assisting the family with services.
