RUSSELLVILLE- The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident involving a motorycycle has tken the life of a Spruce Pine man:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 10:33 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, has claimed the life of a Spruce Pine man.
Gregory A. Pugh, 75, was critically injured when the 2013 Harley-Davidson motorcycle he was operating struck a dog. Pugh was transported to Russellville Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
The crash occurred on Franklin County 22, near Franklin County 52, approximately 10 miles south of Russellville, in Franklin County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
