Kenneth Todd Patton, age 58, of Spring Hill, TN passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was a native of Muscle Shoals, AL, retired barber, and of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Ray Patton.
He is survived by his mother, Myra Patton; brother, Trent Patton (Christa); son, Chandler Patton; nephew, Bryson Patton; niece, Brea Patton; and uncle, James Anthony O’Bryant.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Graveside service and interment will be conducted at Railroad Cemetery, 157 Pleasant Springs Church Road, Iron City, TN at 1:00 PM Saturday, August 8, 2026, with Chad Moore officiating.
