Jimmy Ray Dempsey, age 60, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
Jimmy was born on January 6, 1966, to the late Anthony Dale Dempsey and Lillian Anders. He will be remembered for the love he had for his family and the memories he shared with those who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Sue Guess Dempsey; his children, Justin Dempsey (Angel), Tasha Lopez, and Wanda Guzman (Manuel); 15 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; his brothers, Bobby Dempsey (Michelle) and Anthony Dale Dempsey; his sister, Vickie Dempsey; along with numerous extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Dale Dempsey and Lillian Anders; his brother, Jackie Dempsey; and his sister, Pamela Goswick.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Jimmy’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him, and he will be deeply missed.
