Sandra “Tan” Parker Webb age 81 of Scottsboro, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at Highlands Health and Rehab in Scottsboro.
Sandra is survived by her Husband, Jesse Webb, Son, Jerry Parker (Benita), 9 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, Brother, Ulus “Booty” Lynch (Glenda), Sisters, Doris Parker, Dora Baugh (Roy), Special Niece, Wanda Rhinehart. She is Preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Killingsworth, First Husband, Lester Parker, and Parents, Walter Dewell Lynch and Annie G. Ott Lynch.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Rudder Funeral Home Scottsboro from 5:00 – 8:00 PM and on Sunday June 28 2026 from 12 noon until 3 PM. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, June 28, 2026 in the Rudder Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gene Webb and Bro. Eddie Lynch officiating beginning at 3:00 PM. Interment will follow in the Hytop Cemetery in Hytop, Alabama.
