Patsy Gail Winfrey Profile Photo Funeral services for Patsy Gail Winfrey, 75, of Jasper, AL will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, June 14th at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service at New Hope No. 2 Cemetery in Holly Pond. Bro. Jimmy Maddox will be officiating services. The family will welcome friends for viewing on Saturday, June 13th at Hanceville Funeral Home.

Mrs. Winfrey, born February 21, 1951 and entered eternal rest on June 8, 2026. She was a woman whose presence graced the lives of all who knew her, being loved for the beauty of the angelic quality of her voice. Patsy’s light shone brightly throughout her years, touching the hearts of family and friends. Truly, only God could fathom such radiance, as she embodied a rare and timeless beauty, inside and out. Patsy was, is, and always will be loved with a depth that words can’t express.

A devoted wife and cherished mother, Patsy is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Winfrey, Sr.; sons, Dewayne Hyde (Tammy) and Ronald Winfrey, Jr. (Liz Contreras); grandchildren, David Hyde, Liam Winfrey, Levi Winfrey, and Lelani Winfrey; great-grandchildren; Levi Smith and Kimberly Cobb.

Patsy’s life, however, was shadowed by the loss of some dearly loved family members including her son, Dewight Hyde, whose memory she held close; her mother, Pernie Swann-Carney, and her father, Carl “Poppy” Carney.
