Jake Osborne, age 28, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, June 6, 2026, at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, a heavy equipment operator for Tycon Excavating Contractor, Inc., and of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his father, Terry Ray Osborne.
He is survived by his mother, Rea Clifton (Johnny); one brother, Zackery Osborne; one sister, Nikita Violet; two step-brothers, Jerry Clifton and Jeffrey Clifton; two step-sisters, Melanie Wilburn and Melissa Plant; and five nephews, Braxton Troglen, Lincoln Troglen, Lane Violet, Layden Violet, and Zade Violet.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Thursday, June 11, 2026, with Brandon Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Bumpas Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
