Ms. Kathleen Denee Fairbanks, age 94, of Arab, Alabama, passed away at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice on Sunday, May 17, 2026. Born in Shiawassee County, Michigan, on March 7, 1932, she was the daughter of Earl Leslie Deneen and Jennie Little Deneen. Ms. Fairbanks was an avid reader who also enjoyed birdwatching and gardening.
Ms. Fairbanks is survived by her children, Constance Reyes, Terry Zeiger, and Lonna Tittle; her grandchildren, Michelle Espinosa, Mischa Baxter, Zuriel Reyes, Lance Reyes, and Faith Tittle; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Fairbanks, and her parents, Earl and Jennie Deneen.
In accordance with her wishes, Ms. Fairbanks will be cremated, and no formal services will be held.
