Mr. Donald W. Skaien passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at his home in Lineville. He was born March 26, 1946 in California to Maxine and Harold Skaien. He was one of three children, brother, James Skaien and wife Nancy and sister, Patty Skaien.
Donald enjoyed life in California, swimming and surfing in Santa Monica where the old surf movies were made. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War and worked retail grocery most of his life. He drove for several trucking companies including Fed-X and was an avid biker.
