Mr. William Horace Scott
September 29, 1935 – September 25, 2023

William “Bill” Scott, Prince George, VA, was a loving father, husband, and brother.

Bill was a brilliant and talented educator whose passion for teaching touched the lives of many around the world. After graduating from Petersburg High School, he studied Physics at Duke University and went on to earn a Masters’ in Education and a Masters’ in Administrative Education.

He loved traveling, tending to his garden and fruit trees, and would often be found drafting plans for new projects at the kitchen table.

He is survived by his wife, Myla, his sons, Kenneth and Everett, his daughter Stacy, his eight grandchildren, Brittany, Katie, Ryan, Zach, Maks, Aleks, Viktor, and D’Arcy, and four great grandchildren. He will be truly, truly missed.
