Funeral service for Willard Eugene Kenum, 80, of Moulton will be Friday, September 12, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with O.D. Bowling and Denny Bowling officiating. Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mr. Kenum, who died Tuesday, September 9, 2014, was born September 12, 1933, in Lawrence County to Harris Kenum and Alice Mae Crow Kenum. He was retired from ConAgra and EFP South. He was a faithful member of County Line Church of Christ. Mr. Kenum was a loving father, grandfather and friend who was loved by his community. His wife, Mary Catherine Smith Kenum, preceded him in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Becky K. Linderman (David) of Decatur and Sandra K. Long (Randy) of Moulton; one sister, Javon Ghrisby (Gurnie) of Moulton; and three grandchildren, Benjamin Linderman (Kim), John Cody Long and Jesse Long.
Pallbearers will be members of County Line Church of Christ.
Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons.
