Virginia Carroll, age 87, of Toney, passed away on Saturday May 31, 2014.
Mrs. Carroll is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Carroll; her daughter, Renee Black; her granddaughter, Kimberly Bridges; and her sister Glenda Jo Tallent. “Memaw” leaves behind a legacy of caring for her family and friends and was a true earth angel. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Mrs. Carroll is survived by her children, Marilyn Jo Weaver of Huntsville, Brenda Bridges of Madison, and Lisa Hutto of Toney; 5 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday June 3, 2014 at 11 am in the chapel of Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville with Jim Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in Huntsville Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday June 2nd from 6pm until 8 pm at the funeral home.
