Virginia Carol Myers age 96 of Muscle Shoals passed away on January 31, 2024. There will be a memorial visitation Saturday, February 10, 2024, from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. with memorial services to follow at 11:00 A.M. at Williams Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with Brad Sharp officiating.
She is preceded by her husband of 74 years Doug Myers. Her daughter Nancy Grigsby and parents Clyde and Rhea Vollman.
Virginia is survived by two children: Douglas Myers and Sandy Miller. Four grandchildren: Danny Miller (Victoria), Beth Sharp (Brad), Taylor Grigsby and Parker Grigsby (Erica). Four great-grandchildren: Michael and Megan Sharp, Peyton Grigsby and Cyann Gallegos.
She was a member of the Muscle Shoals Baptist Church. The Colbert County gardening club. She loved teaching Sunday school and working in the church Kitchen. She was bigger than life and a unstoppable force to all that knew her. Mrs. Myers loved her family and friends and loved the Lord. We have all been blessed to have had her time on earth shared with us.
