Velma Lee Tate Stewart – Obituary

Graveside service for Velma Lee Tate Stewart, age 32 of Flintville, will be conducted Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Flintville Cemetery. Mrs. Stewart passed away at Lincoln Medical Center on Thursday.

A native of Mississippi, Mrs. Stewart was the daughter of Billy and Addie Johnson Tate who survive. She worked for McDonalds and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband Johnny Andrew Stewart of Flintville, sons Alvin Terrell McDougal of Mississippi, Carl Leonitis Miller of Huntsville, AL, daughter Jennifer Lasha Stewart of Flintville, sister Alveta of Mississippi, uncles James Johnson, Eddie Johnson both of Mississippi, mother-in-law Linda Reed and husband Ronnie of Gurley, AL, brother-in-law Aaron Stewart and wife Michelle and children of Fayetteville, sister-in-law Jennifer Stewart of Lynchburg, TN.

Higgins Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
